Background
Biliary tree carcinomas arising in different anatomic locations (intrahepatic IHBC; extrahepatic, EHBC) and gallbladder (GBC) are rare tumors with a poor prognosis. An unmet medical need exists in identifying biomarkers of drug response. We interrogated biomarkers from a large cohort of patient samples with a multiplatform approach and considered associated therapeutic options.
