Comprehensive profiling of clock genes expression in colorectal cancer (CRC)

Key Finding:

In colorectal cancer, the clock gene expression score is higher in primary versus metastatic samples, and clock gene expression is strongly associated with distinct molecular features, immune cell infiltration, angiogenesis pathway enrichment, and patient outcomes. A more nuanced re-classification of conventional gain-of-function mutant TP53 is warranted.
