Know sooner if you have cancer.

Unmatched accuracy.

Caris Detect™ analyzes every gene in the human body to find evidence of cancer sooner, and with the greatest accuracy available, so patients can act when it matters most.

WHY EARLY DETECTION MATTERS

Caris Detect – the only multi-cancer early detection blood test that analyzes the entire genome – has the ability to detect cancer signals that other tests may miss, even at early stages of disease development.

Powered by advanced Al technology trained on 50 billion molecular markers from more than 1 million real patient cases, Caris Detect is rooted in one of the largest oncological datasets of its kind. Through this depth and breadth of real-world evidence, Caris Detect identifies cancer earlier – and with industry-leading accuracy.

01 Test.

Order your Caris Detect kit online and bring it to an approved lab for a simple blood draw.

02 Know.

Once we receive and process your sample, Caris will provide results to you and your healthcare provider. Results will fall into one of three categories:

  • Cancer Signal Not Detected
  • Atypical Signal Detected
  • Cancer Signal Detected

03 Act.

If a cancer signal is detected, Caris will provide support that other tests don’t, including referrals and recommendations for next steps at no additional cost to you.**

WHAT THIS MEANS

Results are typically delivered within two weeks of the lab receiving the blood sample. In the results report, Caris Detect recommends that patients review their results with their healthcare provider and develop a personalized cancer prevention and detection plan.

CARIS PROCESSES AND DELIVERS RESULTS

  • Caris analyzes the sample using ultra-deep whole genome sequencing and advanced
    artificial intelligence.
  • Results will be delivered to the ordering provider and patient.

RESULTS REVIEWED WITH PROVIDERS

  • The patient brings their results to their provider’s office for clinical interpretation and counsel.
  • Provider guides the patient through next steps: specialist referral (if signal detected), monitoring plan (if intermediate) or continued routine screening (if not detected).
  • Providers can contact Caris Medical Affairs directly for additional clinical context on any patient result.

WHAT THIS MEANS

No cancer signal was identified at the time of testing.

RECOMMENDED NEXT STEPS

  • Continue all routine cancer screening tests recommended for your age, sex, personal medical history and family history, consistent with established guidelines such as those from the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF)1 and the American Cancer Society (ACS).2
  • Maintain regular follow-up visits with your healthcare provider and promptly report any new, persistent or
    unexplained symptoms or health changes.
  • Consider repeating Caris Detect as part of your annual wellness and preventive screening plan in consultation with your healthcare provider.

WHAT THIS MEANS

A minor abnormality was found in the blood sample that could be an early cancer signal.

RECOMMENDED NEXT STEPS

  • Caris will provide complimentary repeat testing approximately 3 months after your initial Caris Detect result. The Caris Customer Support team will contact you directly to coordinate the blood draw and kit delivery.
  • Continue all routine cancer screening tests recommended for your age, sex, personal medical history and family history, consistent with established guidelines such as those from the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF)1 and the American Cancer Society (ACS).2
  • Maintain regular follow-up visits with your healthcare provider and promptly report any new, persistent or unexplained symptoms or health changes.

WHAT THIS MEANS

Cancer signal was identified at the time of testing.

RECOMMENDED NEXT STEPS

  • Review these results with your healthcare provider. Additional testing may be warranted to evaluate for the presence of cancer and could include laboratory studies, imaging and/or referral to a specialist.
  • Based on the cancer signal origin (CSO) information included in this report, your healthcare provider may
recommend additional targeted screening or diagnostic evaluations.
  • Continue all routine cancer screening tests recommended for your age, sex, personal medical history and family history, consistent with established guidelines such as those from the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF)1 and the American Cancer Society (ACS).2
