Jeremy O’Brien is Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Caris Life Sciences, where he leads enterprise HR strategy, governance, and talent programs to support the company’s growth as a public, precision-medicine leader. He oversees workforce planning, total rewards, HR operations, and leadership development to align people strategy with business and financial objectives. Prior to joining Caris, Mr O’Brien served as Chief Human Resources Officer at ProTrans International, driving HR transformation, global job architecture, and enterprise workforce planning. He was Head of Human Resources, U.S., at Galderma, where he modernized HR ahead of and following a public offering and supported a major sales expansion and integration. Earlier roles include senior HR leadership at Honeywell, Eaton, and Ecolab, leading large global HR organizations, M&A integrations, and cost‑reduction and organizational redesign initiatives.
A bilingual executive with broad international experience, Mr. O’Brien began his career in HR and operations roles at Kimberly-Clark and served in the U.S. Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic. He holds a Global MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Minnesota.
