Submission

Submit full LOI research plan to the Caris website.

Review

LOI will be reviewed for scientific merit and business strategic alignment.

Contracting and Regulatory

Following approval LOI will proceed to the contracting phase and collection of regulatory documents.

Research Plan Execution

Study Go Live – Investigators will work with the CTRT on analysis part of the research plan.

Publication

Draft and submission of the study to a conference and scientific journal.

LOI Process Workflow

Support included in an approved LOI:

Expert review of the proposed concept for scientific merit, feasibility, and alignment with Caris’ goal to impact patient care.

Operational and Analytical Support: Limited operational, analytical, and/or technical support to enable rigorous execution of the project, as outlined in the research agreement.

Engagement with Caris scientific and clinical experts to refine study objectives, methodology, and translational relevance.

Supported studies are expected to be designed with the goal of publication in a high-impact, peer-reviewed scientific journal. Investigators should plan for robust study design, appropriate statistical rigor, and clear clinical or scientific relevance.

Investigators are expected to prepare and submit a manuscript draft to Caris for review within 12 months of abstract completion, in accordance with publication and authorship guidelines.
