Background

Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) is comprised of two subtypes: human papilloma virus (HPV)-and carcinogenic-associated (HPV-negative), both linked to inactivation of the TP53 pathway. We examined alterations in HPV positive (pos) and negative (neg) HNSCC to identify treatment options and elucidate differences in pathogenesis.
