Key Finding:

  • In a survey of 8,951 pancreatic cancers, including 83 rare pancreatic adenosquamous carcinoma (PASC) and 22 pancreatic squamous cell cancers (PSCC), PASC was associated with higher PD-L1 expression, immune-related gene expression, CD4+ T cell infiltration, and IFNγ signature, and lower MAPK activation.
