Our Publications

Every day new discoveries confirm the increasing and important role biomarker analysis and tumor profiling have in personalized cancer care. We contribute to the body of research in oncology to advance the understanding of molecular science and further enable the delivery of precision medicine.

Scientific and Medical Publications

We conduct and publish volumes of research to fulfill the promise of precision medicine and improve the lives of patients with cancer. Since 2011, our medical and scientific experts have authored more than 100 manuscripts in peer-reviewed medical and scientific journals, and more than 250 abstracts, posters, and presentations at leading industry conferences and symposiums that expound on our innovative platforms and technologies.

Prospective and Observational Research Studies

The Caris Molecular Intelligence® Observational Studies initiative is a collection of multicenter, prospective and observational outcomes tracking studies designed to collect data on the demographics, presentation, diagnosis, treatment, resource use, and outcomes of eligible patients who previously have undergone Caris Molecular Intelligence tumor profiling for treatment of solid tumor cancer. Participation guidelines and study protocols have been reviewed and approved by an independent Institutional Review Board.

The information collected by the Caris Molecular Intelligence Observational Studies initiative includes detailed molecular profiling information about a participating patient’s disease, treatment plan, and response. This information represents statistically correlated data to inform physicians about the efficacy of various chemotherapies and biological therapies. The data is intended to demonstrate the clinical utility of tumor profiling and to assist physicians in the delivery of precision medicine to their patients

Continuing Medical Education

We offer a comprehensive selection of continuing medical education activities for oncologists, pathologists, clinical nurses, and other oncology medical professionals.
