Both of Caris’ dental plan options encourage preventative care and make provisions for most of the dental services you and your covered family members may need.


The Caris vision plan helps pay the cost for glasses and contact lenses, as well as periodic visual exams. The plan features an expanded network of national providers.

Short-term and Long-term Disability​

Caris provides full-time employees with short-term and long-term disability income benefits. These benefits are provided to employees at no cost.

Employee Assistance Program​

Through Caris’ EAP, you and your family members may access assistance for a wide variety of issues and concerns that affect your lives at home and in the work place.

Basic Life/A&D and Optional Life/A&D​

Caris provides full-time employees with group life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance at no cost to the employee. Employees will receive two times their basic annual salary up to a maximum of $500,000 in coverage. In addition, you may elect supplemental individual, spouse and child coverage.

Flexible Spending Accounts​

Flexible spending accounts provide employees with an important tax advantage that can help pay healthcare and dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis.

Paid Time Off​

The paid time off is designed to meet the flexible needs of our employees. This benefit promotes an accommodating approach to cover vacation, illness, disability, appointments, emergencies or other needs that require time off.


Caris will match 100 percent of the first three percent that an employee contributes, then 50 cents on the dollar for the next two percent, up to the IRS maximum. In addition, all Caris 401(k) contributions are always 100 percent vested.

Tuition Assistance​
